PSNH'S Default Energy Service Rate is in cents per kWh and in effect from January 1, 2015 - June 30, 2015. North American Power's rate is in cents per kWh and fixed through the end of 2015.
North American Power and Gas, LLC (“NAP”). NAP’s rate of 9.89 cents per kWh is fixed until your individual meter read date in January 2016 (“Initial Fixed Rate Term”). This rate should not be construed as a guarantee of savings or of a future rate beyond the Initial Fixed Rate Term. Prior to the end of the Initial Fixed Rate Term, you will receive your Fixed-Rate renewal options in the mail. If a renewal option is not selected prior to the end of the Initial Fixed Rate Term, your rate will change to a variable rate plan, which may be higher or lower than the utility. This rate comparison is based on NAP’s current Initial Fixed Rate Term and Eversource’s Default Service rate, effective from 1/1/2015 to 6/30/2015. Rate reduction does not apply to utility charges, delivery charges, taxes and are subject to change. An Early Termination Fee of $10.00 per month for every month remaining on the Agreement will apply if you cancel NAP’s supply service prior to the end of 2015. The availability of the Initial Fixed Rate Term is only guaranteed until 1/31/16. See Agreement for full details. If after switching to North American Power and receiving its terms of service, residential and small commercial customers can cancel the Agreement within 3 business days of personal or electronic delivery, or 5 business days after postmarked date if delivered by mail by the United States Postal Service.
